Technical Assistance for Interinstitutional Response to Gender Based Violence in Costa Rica: According to UN Women, women and girls face numerous barriers to receiving justice in many countries. Victims of violence are aware that they won't be believed and that they could be ostracized or treated with disdain. After four years of INL Gender and Security work, the GOCR has expressed interest in continuing to strengthen the capacity of the different GOCR agencies working in GBV prevention, protection and access to justice. The support under this NOFO should include technical assistance that will help GOCR agencies integrate the Hacete Escuchar tools into existing agency programs related to GBV prevention, protection and access to justice in their communities.
