Grant Description: DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals in Terahertz (THz) Electronics. Proposed research should investigate innovative approaches that enable revolutionary advances in electronic devices and integrated circuits achieving THz frequencies (at least 1.0 x 1012 cycles per second). Specifically excluded is research that primarily results in evolutionary improvements to the existing state of practice.
