Aplomado Falcon Restoration Project: This project will result in the release and re-introduction of aplomado falcons within their historic range on public lands in southern New Mexico. The birds will be acquired from The Peregrine Fund, Inc. rearing facility in Idaho. Successful implementation of this project would lead to establishment of new populations throughout the historical range and may lead to the de-listing of this species.
