Developing and Disseminating Targeted Immunization Materials: The purpose of the Notice of Funding Opportunity is to provide support for the development and dissemination of immunization information through electronic formats to enhance the effectiveness of disease prevention programs that reduce the annual burden of vaccine-preventable diseases. The recipient will: (1) develop educational materials for providers to share with patients, parents, and the general public; (2) disseminate educational materials on current immunization recommendations and practices to providers and other partners; (3) develop training opportunities and provide technical assistance for coalitions; and (4) provide rapid-response communication on outbreaks, emergency response, or trending immunization priorities.
