Grant Description: Secretarys Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS07-744 CDCs Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, "Expanding Uptake for Interventions to Prevent the Transmission of HIV from Mothers to Their Children (PMTCT) in the Republic of Uganda by Using Community-Based Strategies under the Presidents Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief."
