- Secretarys Forecast Summary RFA AA006 CDCs Procurement and Grants Office has published a new funding opportunity entitled, Increasing Access to HIV Counseling and Testing (VCT) and Enhancing HIV/AIDS Communications, Prevention, and Care in Botswana, Lesotho, South Africa, Swaziland, and Cote dIvoire. Between $2-5.8 million will be available in FY2005, for distribution among these five countries listed, to fund public and private non-profit organizations, universities, colleges, for-profit organizations, small, minority, women-owned businesses, research institutions, hospitals, community-based organizations, and faith-based organizations.
