- Secretarys Forecast Summary RFA 05075 CDCs Procurement and Grants Office has published a new funding opportunity entitled, Expansion and Support of HIV/AIDS/STI/TB Information, Education, and Communication and Behavioral Change Communication Activities in Ethiopia. Between $400,000 million will be available in FY2005 to fund public and private non-profit organizations, universities, colleges, for-profit organizations, small, minority, women-owned businesses, research institutions, hospitals, community-based organizations, and faith-based organizations.
