Additional Information on Eligibility
Nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3), U.S. organizations; units of state or local government; or federally-recognized tribal communities or tribes may apply. To be eligible, the applicant organization must: Meet the Arts Endowments "Legal Requirements," including nonprofit, tax-exempt status, as detailed in the FY 2006 Grants for Arts Projects guidelines, at the time of application. Have at least a three-year history of programming prior to the application deadline. Have submitted acceptable Final Report packages by the due date(s) for all Arts Endowment award(s) previously received.
Grant Description
The National Endowment for the Arts is proud to present, in partnership with the U.S. Department of State and Europalia International, the culture of the United States of America at one of Europes largest international arts festivals. Centered in Belgium, europalia.usa 2007 will showcase the very best of American arts and culture for European audiences. The 2007 festival will take place from October 2007 through January 2008. The Arts Endowment will provide grants to organizations to showcase the excellence, diversity, and vitality of the arts in the United States through a series of performances, exhibitions, lectures, and symposia. Organizations are limited to one Statement of Interest and, if invited, one application.
