OJJDP FY 2022 Strengthening ICAC Technological Investigative Capacity: OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens community safety and protects the public from crime and evolving threats, and builds trust between law enforcement and the community. This solicitation provides funding for applicant organizations to increase the technological investigative capacity of Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task forces and their affiliates as well as related state, tribal, and local law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies through training and the development and/or enhancement of widely used investigative tools, methods, and technologies that address child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and online child exploitation.
