- Grant Description
- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and Trout Unlimited (TU) will jointly assess current riparian habitat and fisheries conditions throughout the upper Owyhee River and Bruneau/Jarbidge River drainage systems. By utilizing previously collected fisheries data from fish and wildlife agencies in the States of Nevada, Idaho and Oregon and integrating this data with present data collection through high resolution remote imagery an up-to-date aquatic assessment of these drainages will be developed through the Conservation Success Index. Prioritization plans and restoration will ensue.
