Grant Description
EPA Region 2 is soliciting proposals from eligible entities for the development of site-specific innovative demonstration projects to reduce sediment, pesticide and/or nutrient loading in Mosquito Bay, Puerto Rico. Proposals will be accepted from private and public universities and colleges, states, local governments, hospitals, laboratories, Indian Tribes, territories and possessions of the U.S., international organizations, and other public and private non-profit organizations.
