The Leasing Division of the Minerals Management Service (MMS) is offering a cooperative agreement opportunity to conduct research on sand and gravel deposits in the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) offshore of three selected coastal states (Florida, Louisiana and Virginia). The research will serve the public interest in safe and environmentally sound mineral production and meet the goals of the MMSs Offshore Energy and Minerals Management Program.
