Tribal Pesticide Program Council (TPPC) Technical Support: The Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) is soliciting applications to provide technical assistance to the TPPC from eligible states; U.S. territories or possessions; federally recognized Indian tribal governments and Native American organizations; public and private universities and colleges; hospitals, laboratories, other public or private nonprofit
institutions; and local governments for the performance period of July 1, 2015 through June
30, 2020.
Under this program, OPP will provide financial assistance on an annual basis to support the
TPPC with technical assistance. The total estimated amount of funding for the cooperative
agreement for the five-year period is up to $1.1 million. For any meetings held at EPA
offices, there will be an additional $4,000 in-kind contribution for the use of EPA conference

rooms and AV equipment for each year of the five-year period. Up to $300,000 is expected
to be available from July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016. Incremental funding up to $200,000 will be made available for subsequent years depending on funding availability, satisfactory performance and other applicable considerations, allowing the project to continue for a total of five years.
