- The Oregon/Washington Bureau of Land Management is interested in providing employment opportunities for youth crews in local communities in Oregon and Washington by working cooperatively with qualified Youth or Conservation Corps on natural resource projects. The objective for any resultant agreement is to provide youth in local communities within Oregon and Washington the opportunity to connect with the natural world through completion of natural resource projects on Federal lands. These projects would provide youth with positive work experiences, development of work skills, a sense of personal responsibility, and a commitment to natural resource education
