The United States Government, as represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Angola, is seeking applications from local organizations registered to operate in Angola to expand its programming in basic education. This APS invites applications that are innovative an propose to scale up tested activities taking place in Angola that relate to primary education, learning for out-of-school youth, and adult literacy.
