Civic Engagement in Local Governance for Accountability (CELGA) in Sierra Leone: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the program entitled the “Civic Engagement in Local Governance for Accountability (CELGA) in Sierra Leone”.
