Conflict Mitigation and Reconciliation Programs and Activites (Possible Multiple Awards): The US Agency for International Development USAID), Office of Conflict Management and Mitigation (DCHA/CMM), within the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA) invites applications from qualified U.S. and non-U.S. organizations, to carry out activities, under grants or cooperative agreements, that support conflict mitigation and reconciliation programs and activities that bring together individuals of different ethnic, religious, or political backgrounds from areas of civil conflict and violence in the following eight (8) countries: Bolivia, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, East Timor, Morocco, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, and Uganda. A program performance period of up to twenty-four (24) months is anticipated for each award. NOTE: Multiple applications will be considered from the same organization but must be submitted separately.
