Grant Description
The U.S. Agency for International Development Mission to Mozambique (USAID/Mozambique) is contemplating the award of two cooperative agreements for two results-oriented projects that are expected to integrate health, HIV/AIDS, water/sanitation, and rural enterprise program components to contribute to an overall objective of strengthening communities in two provinces of Mozambique: Nampula and Zambezia. USAID/Mozambique plans to award one cooperative agreement for each province by January 2009, pending availability of funds. Each cooperative agreement will be awarded for a period of five years and the maximum possible funding, to be divided between the two awards, is $49.4 million.
