Early Recovery in West Darfur: The purpose of this APS is to solicit applications in support of the second goal listed above. It seeks to enable strategic programming to rebuild communities encouraging applicants to pull together funding, resources and strengths to provide comprehensive package of goods and services in a manner that is sustainable and eases transition to the community and other stakeholders. Specifically, this solicitation is for applications that design integrated activities to support improved, sustainable livelihoods in Darfur with a focus on innovative programming.
