Electoral Empowerment of Civil Society Project: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Nigeria is seeking applications from all U.S. and non-U.S. qualified organizations for funding to support a program entitled Electoral Empowerment of Civil Society, as described in Section I of this RFA.
