Feed the Future Innovation Lab For Food Safety: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified U.S. colleges and universities to fund a program entitled Feed the Future Innovation Lab on Food Safety (FSIL) (“Food Safety Innovation Lab or FSIL”). Eligibility for this award is restricted to U.S. colleges and universities as defined under Section 296(d) of Title XII of the FAA. See section C.I of this NFO for eligibility requirements.
