Iraq Civil Society Activity: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through its Mission in Iraq (USAID/Iraq) seeks applications from eligible applicants to implement the Iraq Civil Society Activity. USAID intends to make a single award to the responsible applicant whose application best meets the objectives of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) based on the merit review criteria described herein and subject to a risk assessment.
