Grant Description: This population-based, longitudinal study is designed to: - Determine the prevalence, incidence, and risk factors associated with the occurrence and progression of hip and knee osteoarthritis (OA). - Determine racial or ethnic differences in outcome and in the effect of risk factors upon OA outcomes.
