LEADERSHIP IN ECONOMIC GOVERNANCE: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission Ukraine is seeking comments on the attached draft Program Description for the program entitled LEADERSHIP IN ECONOMIC GOVERNANCE". USAID invites comments to strengthen the Program Description in anticipation of a Request for Applications. USAID may revise the Program Description based on comments received, but it is not obligated to do so. Comments may be submitted until January 22, 2014, 5:00 p.m. Kiev (local) time. Comments must be submitted to Mr. Patrick Robison, Regional Contracting Office/Ukraine, at [email protected]. This is not a formal Request for Applications. The USAID Mission in Ukraine will inform potential applicants of the Request for Applications for the LEADERSHIP IN ECONOMIC GOVERNANCE project through a Pre-Solicitation Notice that may be issued in the future. This notice does not constitute an obligation or endorsement by USAID to proceed with the LEADERSHIP IN ECONOMIC GOVERNANCE project. Responses to this request for comments are not binding on the U.S. Government and do not obligate USAID to issue a Solicitation, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of comments.
