Grant Description
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Liberia is seeking applications from U.S. non governmental and non US non-governmental to implement the program entitled "Liberia Civil Society and Media Capacity, Advocacy and Leadership Program". The authority for this Request for Applications (RFA) is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. This activity will be implemented over the course of the next five years. Implementation should be scheduled to begin in fiscal year 2010. USAID intends to award one (1) Cooperative Agreement providing approximately $11 million in total USAID funding, subject to the availability of funds
