NOFO for Strengthening Preservation of Tibetan Culture: Dear Prospective Applicants: The United States Agency for International Development through its Mission in India (USAID/India) is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from qualified organizations to implement the activity titled Strengthening Preservation of Tibetan Culture. This award is open to all eligible and qualified non-government entities. Therefore, USAID encourages the participation, to the maximum extent possible, of all local and international organizations. USAID intends to make an award to the applicant(s) who best meets the objectives of this funding opportunity based on the merit review criteria described in this NOFO subject to a risk assessment.
