Round 10 - Local Solutions To Health Priorities In Indonesia: This program is authorized in accordance with Part 1 of the Foreign Assistance act of 1961, as amended. Through this Round 10 to the New Partners Initiative Global Health Annual Program Statement (APS) No. 7200AA19APS00013, USAID/Indonesia is making a special call for the submission of Concepts focused on Local Solutions to Health Priorities in Indonesia. In Round 10, USAID/Indonesia is requesting the submission of concept papers focused on diversifying USAID's partner base and supporting local partners to deliver Health and Global Health Security - relevant health outcomes. This Round will utilize modality one (1) of the NPI GH APS for direct awards to new and underutilized organizations that are local entities in Indonesia. USAID anticipates issuing up to five (5) awards under this Round to local entities. ● A concept paper must address no more than one (1) objective as per the Funding Opportunity Description below.● An organization may submit more than one concept paper (note that each concept paper must be for just one objective).● Concept papers will be evaluated by objective.● Concepts are expected to comprehensively address the routine activities listed under each objective.● For selected concept papers, at least one award is expected to be made per Objective. USAID reserves the right to make more than one award per objective or none for any objective.● In the instance where a single organization is responsive to multiple objectives, USAID reserves the right to combine objectives into a larger award for efficiency with that single organization.
