Strengthening Human Resources for Health (Hrh) Program: This is a draft RFA of USAID Ethiopia's Strengthening Human Resources for Health (HRH) program. The goal of this program is to ensure the availability of key skilled health professionals in Ethiopia at all levels and reduce the incidence of infectious diseases and maternal, neonatal and child mortality, consequently improving health outcomes for all Ethiopians. USAID would like to solicit comment and feedback from the general public regarding this draft HRH Program. Any comment, ideas, suggestions and additional information that would improve this new program will be highly appreciated. A revised RFA will be re-announced for competition soon. The program will be a 5 year Cooperative Agreement anticipated to be awarded o/a August 2011. The Total Estimated Amount is $45Million.
