Grant Description

USAID/Rwanda is soliciting applications to implement the "Sustaining Partnerships to enhance Rural Enterprise and Agribusiness Development" (SPREAD) project. SPREAD will have a base funding of approximately $1,200,000 per year to be implemented over five (5) years through a result-oriented cooperative agreement for a total of $6,000,000. The SPREAD project will expand economic opportunities in the Rwandan agricultural and rural development sector by enhancing value-added production, processing, and increasing market-driven private sector growth development.
