Have experience and/or capacity in performance improvement, policy dialogue, implementation of the DOTS components, TB/HIV, public/private partnerships, sustainable capacity building and other related activities described in this Program Description(PD); 3. Agree to work with and hire individuals who have the technical expertise to plan and implement TB control programming throughout the world; 4. Have managerial technical and institutional capacities to achieve the results outlined in this PD; and, 5. Have the capacity to collaborate with other organizations/groups in undertaking TB control programming.
