USAID/SUDAN People-to-People Peace Building for Southern Sudan: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications from qualified applicants for the implementation a program in support of People-To- People Peace Building in Southern Sudan as described in Section A of this RFA. USAID anticipates awarding an initial five-year, US$14,000,000.00 Cooperative Agreement (CA), subject to the availability of funds, resulting from this RFA process. USAID reserves the right to fund any or none of the applications submitted. The authority for the RFA is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. The Recipient will be responsible for ensuring achievement of the program objective to target and mitigate local level conflict that could escalate and destabilize the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA).
