(b) Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) This solicitation is issued for the purpose of conducting market research and request comments and recommendations from respondents to identify innovative approaches to addressing the needs of young people, especially at-risk youth, taking into account the different youth profiles, needs, risks, and challenges in the locations specified in the USAID South Sudan Strategic Framework over the next five (5) years.Through this RFI, USAID/South Sudan seeks to solicit public feedback by responding to the questions in Attachment 1 and to gauge interest from potential partners capable of performing the type of work described in the proposed Draft Design Concept Paper – Attachment 2.Please note: This is NOT a solicitation. This RFI is issued solely for gathering information and innovative ideas for new design planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Applications (RFA), Request for Proposal (RFP) or Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) or a commitment to issue an RFA/RFP/NOFO in the future.
