USAID/Ukraine Broad Agency Announcement for Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure in Ukraine: Issuance Date: February15, 2019 Opportunity Number: BAA-UKR-CYBERSECURITY-2019 Deadline for Questions: March 4, 2019, 10:00a.m. Kyiv time Expressions of Interest Due: April 8, 2019, 10:00 a.m. Kyiv time USAID/Ukraine Broad Agency Announcement for Cybersecurityfor Critical Infrastructure in Ukraine The United States Agency forInternational Development (USAID) is issuing this Broad Agency Announcement(BAA) to seek participants to co-create, co-design, co-invest, and collaborateon research and development interventions to address cybersecurity for criticalinfrastructure in Ukraine. USAID invitesthe following categories of interested parties to submit Expressions of Interest(EOI) in response to this BAA: (1) Implementing Partners, (2) Co-Investors, and(3) Experts. The description of each category of interested party is providedin Section III, Stage 1 of the BAA. The intent of the BAA is to foster co-creationand co-design to the maximum extent to create innovative, high quality,effective partnerships in order to implement an activity to address thiscritical development challenge. USAIDwill invite selected for-profit and non-profit, public and privateorganizations, as detailed in the BAA, to co-create research and development(R&D) solutions to the Problem and Challenge Statements stated in the BAA,including those organizations that have ideas, expertise, resources, and/orfunding to add to potential solutions.
