Victims of Torture Treatment Program (VTTP) RFA: I. ESTIMATE OF FUNDS AVAILABLE Subject to the availability of funds, USAID intends to provide approximately $10,000,000.00 in total USAID funding over the life of the program activities. II. NUMBER AND TYPE OF AWARDS CONTEMPLATED USAID intends to award two (2) Cooperative Agreements pursuant to this RFA to the responsible applicants whose applications conforming to this RFA offer the greatest value to the U.S. Government. - USAID anticipates one 5-year award, global in scope with many local partners, strong capacity building and monitoring and evaluation components, for up to $8,000,000. - USAID also anticipates a smaller award, regional or country specific, with 1 or 2 local partners, strong capacity building and monitoring and evaluation components, for up to 3 years for $2,000,000.

Faith-based and community organizations are also eligible for award.
