Women's Leadership in Peace and Security Annual Program Statement: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking concept papers from prospective partners to implement activities in support of creative and timely responses to the implementation of United Nations Security Council Resolutions 1325, 1820, 1888 and 1889 on women, peace and security. USAID is interested in programs that empower women leaders to establish and participate in local, national, regional and international institutions, mechanisms and programs for the prevention, management and resolution of conflict. This also includes programs addressing gender-based violence and all other forms of violence in conflict and post-conflict contexts.
