Partnership Against Trafficking in Human Beings (PATH) Project in Kosovo: December 9, 2005 AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS 167-05-028 PARTNERSHIP AGAINST TRAFFICKING IN HUMAN BEINGS (PATH) PROJECT IN KOSOVO This Amendment to RFA No. 167-05-028 is being issued to provide a response to a question about Hand-Delivery. Accordingly, the RFA is hereby amended as follows: Question No. 1: Are there are any specific procedures to follow in hand-delivering the proposal? Please also reconfirm that the address and contact information outlined below is correct: Answer No. 1: The Application may be hand-delivered to the attention of: Ms. Riffat Sulaiman Acquisition and Assistance Specialist U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Regional Services Center/ Regional Contracting Office (RSC/RCO) Szabadsag ter 7-9 Bank Center, Granite Tower 1944 Budapest Hungary Telephone Number: (36-1) 475-4281 The procedure to be followed is as follows: Please enter the building, go to the Granite Tower Front Desk located in the Granite Tower lobby and ask the guard to contact Regional Contracting Office (Ms. Gabi Iloval, Telephone Extension: 4350 or Ms. Riffat Sulaiman, Telephone Extension: 4281). Only these two individuals are authorized to receive the application. If you plan to submit an application by Hand-Delivery, notify Ms. Sulaiman via e-mail: [email protected], so that we make the necessary security arrangements.
