Sustainable Higher Education Research Alliances (SHERA): USAID/Indonesia is seeking applications from U.S. NGOs for a program entitled Sustainable Higher Education Research Alliances (SHERA). Subject to the availability of funds, USAID/Indonesia intends to award a cooperative agreement as a result of this solicitation, anticipates level of funding for this award is
