2012 Partnerships for the Marine Mammal Response and Hawaiian Monk Seal Recovery Program: The National Marine Fisheries Service (hereinafter, "NMFS") is soliciting competitive applications for the fiscal year 2012 Partnerships for the Marine Mammal Response and Hawaiian Monk Seal Recovery Program.
