2013 Cooperative Agreement Notice-Dual Use Technology: The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) John C. Stennis Space Center is releasing Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) No. NNS13459560R for Dual Use Technology Development. On January 11, 2013, this CAN will be available electronically through the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) Business Opportunities site at http://www.fbo.gov . A Notice of Intent(NOI) must be submitted and reviewed before submission of a project proposal to this solicitation. NOI submissions will be received through the closing date of the CAN, which is 30 September 2013. This CAN, leading to the potential award of a Cooperative Agreement, is issued pursuant to Subpart A of 14 CFR 1260, and Title 14 CFR Part 1274 for commercial organizations.
