The US Forest Service (USFS) International Programs (IP) is conducting a market analysis with this RFI to refine the requirement and determine the most suitable approach for acquiring and fulfilling the needs associated with providing the full range of program and administrative services, described in paragraph 3 below, for implementation of projects through a cooperative agreement for the following the USFS IP programs: Peru Forest Sector Initiative (PFSI) and SilvaCarbon– South America.
