2021 Pakistan Full Proposal: Proposed activities should primarily support Afghan refugees in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province in Pakistan. Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those programs that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent Proof of Registration (POR) cardholding refugees.
