2023 Port Infrastructure Development Program Grants: Port Infrastructure Development Program Background: The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act authorized and appropriated $450 million for the FY 2023 Port Infrastructure Development Program (PIDP). The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023, appropriated an additional $212,203,512 for the FY 2023 PIDP. Therefore a total of $662,203,512 is available for the FY 2023 PIDP.
