21st Annual P3 Awards: A National Student Design Competition Focusing on People, Prosperity and the Planet: EPA supports research that advances the science and innovative tools and information needed to protect and restore the Nation's watersheds, aquatic ecosystems, and water infrastructure to provide clean, adequate, and equitable supplies of water for optimum human health and ecosystem functions.
