ASARCO Settlement Proposal: The tasks to be performed under this agreement are as follows: Private landowner and Sarpy County coordination, appraisal evaluation, land monitoring, association legal endowment, administration of easement documentation This Single Source Award is being made in accordance with Department of the Interior Policy 505 DM 2.14 B (4), which allows for award without competition to an applicant. The applicant is uniquely qualified to perform the activity based on location, technical expertise, and continuity in methodology. This is a Notice of Intent to award a Grant to the Nebraska Land Trust, for the purpose of securing a perpetual conservation easement along the Platte and Missouri rivers corridor
