Affordable Care Act (ACA): Capacity Building Assistance to Strengthen Public Health Infrastructure and Performance: The overall goal of this expansion is to support the provision of capacity building assistance (CBA) to state, tribal, local and territorial (STLT) health departments that ensures performance improvement and successful adoption of best or promising practices to address key areas of public health infrastructure investments.
