Affordable Connectivity Outreach Grant Program - National Competitive Outreach Program (NCOP) Round 2: NCOP provides funding for outreach activities to increase awareness of and encourage participation in the ACP for eligible low-income households. This new funding opportunity for NCOP is intended to provide additional funding beyond the outreach-targeted grant awards announced by the Commission in March 2023.
