Alaskas National Wildlife Refuges Rural Youth Program Grant: Alaska's National Wildlife Refuges are seeking proposals for micro grants not to exceed $10,000 that increase awareness and understanding of Alaska's National Wildlife Refuges and environmental issues to youth in rural Alaska through volunteerism, and/or environmental education. Programs must be based in Alaska serving youth 19 or younger. The Service requires a financial report and project summary due to grant coordinator upon completion of the project. Successful applicants must be committed to the timely submission of all required reports. Delinquent or nonsubmission of any of the reports cited above which are applicable to your award may result in nonpayment of invoices or suspension of further awards to your organization until the required reports are submitted to the Service in accordance with DOI Policy and the Code of Federal Regulations.
