Alumni small grants: The U.S. Mission to Vietnam invites Vietnamese alumni of U.S. Government-funded (USG) academic and professional exchange programs (International Exchange Alumni) to submit proposals for the 2018 International Exchange Alumni Small Grants Competition. These grants aim to strengthen the USG Alumni community in Vietnam by creating opportunities for alumni to work together on a shared vision of a brighter future for Vietnam and U.S.-Vietnam relations by addressing shared concerns. Alumni teams can submit proposals as a group of individuals or under the auspices of a non-profit organization in which alumni are working. Project budgets cannot exceed $10,000. Proposals must be in English. The deadline for submitting an application is 17:00, Wednesday, August 15, 2018. Leaders of winning grant proposals will be contacted no later than September 10, 2018. 1. Entrepreneurship and Innovation Expand mentoring and training Create or deepen the work of Social Enterprises Promote women's leadership in businesses 4.
