Annual Program Statement for Public Diplomacy Section Fiscal Year 2026: The U.S. Department of State’s U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh announces an open competition to implement a program to strengthen ties between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the United States of America through programming that promotes U.S. interests, American excellence, and bilateral cooperation.
