Anti-Tamper (AT): The objective of this acquisition is to identify and develop new and innovative anti-tamper (AT) technologies and methods, measures of effectiveness and validation techniques. This effort may include evaluation of the feasibility of identified technologies and methods, initial development of a selected number of those technologies and methods that are feasible, and prototype implementation of AT technologies and methods, where appropriate. At this time, no proposals are being solicited. Subsequent amendments may be issued against the solicitation if proposals are requested.
